How to: Find Like-Minded Female Friends (as an adult)

Because making friends as an adult is tough. And it's EXTRA hard to find like-minded females and then make soul-level deep connections. The ones that feel collaborative and supportive, time with them always leaves you walking a little taller, and not one-sided.

I've been getting a bunch of "how did you ___" kind of questions lately, and one in particular is how did I go from having mostly guy friends my whole life, even getting bullied by females in grad school, and feeling very out of place around women as recent as 5 years ago...to developing a deeply connected and loving inner circle of female friends, and a giant community of like-minded women (you included!)???

Well, that's exactly what I dive into on this epsiode <3

During this convo, I talk about my boundaries freebie and my nervous system regulation course

I also shout out my dear friends Chef Ash (retreat chef extraordinaire), Alexis (found of the BEST overnight oats in the Phoenix are), and I mention that I have some best friends that came from IG DMs basically saying "you seem cool. wanna hang out?" even if I hadn't met them IRL (disclaimer: I didn't become besties with everyone I sent that to. But it was worth it all for these women):

Dr. Laura (THE go-to person for hormone health as well as collaborating/community for functional med coaches)

Meli (check out her art page!)

Whitney (total badass)

aaand I would LOVE to connect on IG here
